1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the xm66 platform in any way — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access channel — you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the xm66 platform.

Xm66 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are always aware of any changes in effect.

2 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the xm66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• A legally competent individual capable of entering into a binding agreement
• Not a resident or citizen of a jurisdiction where use of this platform is prohibited by local law
• Has never had an account closed or suspended at xm66 previously due to a terms violation
• Registering with accurate, truthful, and complete personal information

Each individual is only permitted to hold one xm66 account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund of balances. xm66 reserves the right to conduct identity checks (KYC) at any time to verify member information.

3 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

Xm66 accepts deposits via a variety of supported payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within minutes.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: MYR 10 per transaction

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Xm66 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict the account of any member without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Request from the relevant authorities

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the xm66 support team. Any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member after all required investigations are completed, subject to fulfilment of the relevant wagering requirements.

9 Limitation of Liability

Xm66 shall not be liable under any circumstances for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Xm66's maximum total liability to any member shall not exceed the actual deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. xm66 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times.

10 Terms Amendment & Applicable Laws

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws and any disputes arising will be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration. The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Bahasa Melayu; in the event of any conflict between translated versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
